A FILOSOFIA DA PRÁXIS COMO PROPOSTA NO ENSINO NÃO FORMAL PARA EMERSÃO DO INTELECTUAL ORGÂNICO

Este trabalho dedica-se a realizar uma proposta de Ensino Não Formal para emersão do intelectual orgânico, partindo da premissa gramsciana de que todos os homens são intelectuais, ainda que não exerçam esse papel na sociedade. A pesquisa foi realizada no Sindicato da Prefeitura Municipal de Navegantes/SC, e contou com nove trabalhadores da Secretaria de Obras, sob a suplência dos escritos de Guareschi e Gramsci, sobretudo da filosofia da práxis. A pesquisa é classificada como participante e utilizou a dialética como método de análise. Percebeu-se alargamento intelectual do grupo, comparando suas teses às suas sínteses após terem passado pela antítese. A pesquisa chegou aos seguintes resultados: os sujeitos pertencentes à mesma categoria diferiam-se em relação ao seu tempo de produção de síntese; dentre os participantes, foi identificado um intelectual orgânico, constituído a partir de seu processo histórico de lutas e militâncias; nem todos os participantes efetivaram o processo de emersão intelectual, seja por deficiências cognitivas, seja por problemas de desmotivação, conformismo e cansaço. Apenas três participantes realizaram o processo de emersão intelectual, verificado a partir de modificações de posturas, as quais envolvem: o abandono do senso comum, a proposição de reuniões com a categoria, a vontade declarada de busca de um vereador ou um partido, um condottiero para abrigar as demandas da categoria, o reconhecimento de que os Sindicatos são a maior forma de organização e expressão de luta da classe trabalhadora. A partir dos dados obtidos, concluiu-se que é possível a realização da emersão do intelectual orgânico no Ensino Não Formal.
This study aimed to propose a non-formal Education approach for the emergence of the organic intellectuality. It is grounded in the Gramscian premise that all individuals are intellectuals, even if they do not actively fulfill that role in society. The survey was carried out at the Navegantes City Hall union, in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, and involved nine workers from the Department of Public Works. The study drew on the works of Guareschi and Gramsci, particularly the philosophy of praxis. The research is classified as participatory, utilizing dialectics as the analytical method, constructed through the triad of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis. The workers' knowledge was considered as the thesis, mediated systematic knowledge as the antithesis, and catharsis as the synthesis. An intellectual broadening of the group was observed, comparing their theses to their syntheses after experiencing the antithesis. he researches yielded the following results: subjects within the same category differed in the time it took for them to produce a synthesis; among the participants, an organic intellectual was identified, shaped by their historical process of struggles and activism; not all participants underwent the process of intellectual emergence, either due to cognitive deficiencies or issues of demotivation, conformity, and fatigue. Only three participants underwent the process of intellectual emergence, evidenced by changes in attitudes, including abandoning common sense, proposing meetings within the category, expressing a declared willingness to seek representation through a councilor or a political party, recognizing that unions are the primary form of organization and expression of working-class struggles. Based on the obtained data, we conclude that the emergence of the organic intellectuality in Non-Formal Education is feasible.
