Diante de um cenário aonde as pessoas vem se preocupando muito com a sua saúde e consequentemente com a sua alimentação, esta monografia tem o objetivo de elaborar um plano de negócios para abertura de uma empresa focada na produção de biscoitos funcionais. A empresa Feito à Mão foi projetada para instalarse na cidade de Lajeado-RS e atender inicialmente a região do Vale do Taquari. Na primeira parte deste trabalho, estão apresentados os conceitos através de revisão bibliográfica. Nesta etapa, bem como no plano de negócios aplicado à empresa, o plano foi subdivido em: análise de mercado, plano de marketing, plano operacional e plano financeiro. A metodologia deste estudo fez uso de pesquisa de caráter quantitativo, onde foram aplicados questionários aleatoriamente, para pessoas de ambos os gêneros, idades, cidades e com diferentes preferências de consumo. Com isto, identificou-se um grande potencial de demanda para este tipo de produto, e o quanto as pessoas de fato estão preocupadas com a saúde e hábitos alimentares. Com base nos resultados da pesquisa de campo e com os dados secundários obtidos, estruturaram-se os planos de marketing, operacional, de recursos humanos e financeiro para abertura da empresa. Ao final do estudo pode concluir-se que a implantação do negócio é viável em diversos cenários.
Faced with a scenario where people have been very concerned about their health and consequently with their food, this monograph aims to elaborate a business plan to open a company focused on the production of functional biscuits. The company Feito à Mão was designed to settle in the city of Lajeado-RS and initially serve the Vale do Taquari region. In the first part of this work, the concepts are presented through bibliographic review. In this step, as well as in the business plan applied to the company, the plan was subdivided into: market analysis, marketing plan, operational plan and financial plan. The methodology of this study made use of quantitative research, where questionnaires were applied randomly, for people of both genders, ages, cities and with different consumption preferences. This has identified a great potential for demand for this type of product, and how much people are actually concerned about health and eating habits. Based on the results of the field research and the secondary data obtained, the marketing, operational, human resources and financial plans were structured to open the company. At the end of the study it can be concluded that the implantation of the business is viable in several scenarios.
