Abstract
O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso, etapa I, tem como objetivo fomentar o potencial turístico da região do Vale do Taquari/RS, e atender as demandas que vêm surgindo no município de Cruzeiro do Sul, por meio da proposta de implantação de um novo empreendimento no ramo do setor hoteleiro para o município. O empreendimento trata-se de uma pousada rural, com serviços de hospedagem, spa, alimentação, acolhimento, lazer e entretenimento, direcionados à natureza e ao meio rural. A proposta é articular o empreendimento proposto com os demais atrativos turísticos da região, cooperando para o desenvolvimento do setor econômico do município. A pousada pretende atender turistas que visitam a região do Vale, sendo um ponto de lazer e encontro, para moradores de Cruzeiro e cidades vizinhas, assim como para todos que contemplem o turismo rural e queiram usufruir do contato com a natureza em um espaço calmo e relaxante com diferentes atividades de lazer. A localização da implantação se dará na localidade de Linha Sítio, que se destaca na região por suas belas vistas da cidade e de cidades vizinhas que se dá por meio de sua topografia acidentada. Atualmente a região do Vale do Taquari possui grande potencial turístico, porém apresenta carência no setor hoteleiro, tornando a implantação da pousada um ponto fundamental para a alavancagem dos roteiros e pontos turísticos da região. A pesquisa demonstrou haver uma demanda e uma justificativa nos formatos de projeto proposto, considerando o contexto regional do Vale do Taquari e o cenário de turismo rural no município de Cruzeiro do Sul.
This Course Completion Work, stage I, has as its objective to promote the tourist potential of the Vale do Taquari/RS region, and to meet the demands that are emerging in the municipality of Cruzeiro do Sul, through the proposal for the implantation of a new Entrepreneurship in the hotel sector branch for the municipality. The venture is a rural inn, with lodging, spa, food, food, leisure and entertainment services, directed towards nature and the rural environment. A proposal is to articulate the proposed undertaking with the other tourist attractions of the region, cooperating for the development of the economic sector of the municipality. The pousada aims to serve tourists who visit the Vale region, being a point of leisure and meeting, for residents of Cruzeiro and neighboring cities, as well as for all who contemplate rural tourism and want to enjoy contact with nature in a calm and relaxing way with different activities. The location of the implantation will be in the town of Linha Sítio, which stands out in the region for its beautiful views of the city and of vizinhas cities that is given by means of its rugged topography. Currently, the Vale do Taquari region has great tourist potential, therefore it is lacking in the hotel sector, making the establishment of the pousada a fundamental point for the expansion of two routes and tourist points in the region. The investigation showed that there was a demand and a justification in the formats of the proposed project, considering the regional context of Vale do Taquari and the rural tourism scenario in the municipality of Cruzeiro do Sul.
