Abstract
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar, estudar e criar embasamento teórico e repertório para o desenvolvimento do projeto de requalificação de pré-existências e de praças da cidade de Lajeado/RS, a fim de consolidar o MITTE: CENTRO DE CULTURA URBANA, projeto que será desenvolvido na disciplina de Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso II. O projeto contempla a requalificação do pavilhão de Outlet e estoque da Loja Costaneira, que, junto da requalificação das Praças Piraí, Praça da Lyall e da Travessa formada entre a Rua Visconde do Tamandaré e a Avenida Senador Alberto Pasqualini, formariam um centro de cultura com área gastronômica, educacional, cultural e de lazer a população lajeadense. Na parte inicial da pesquisa é discorrido o embasamento teórico relacionado a requalificação de áreas urbanas, com enfoque na vitalidade das ruas, também é identificado o panorama atual de Lajeado em relação aos parques da cidade. Após, é apresentada a área de intervenção e os condicionantes legais e ambientais que interferem no desenvolvimento do projeto. Então é descrito o programa de necessidades. Por fim, são expostos os referenciais arquitetônicos e de espaços abertos.
The present work aims to analyze, study and create a theoretical basis and repertoire for the development of the project to requalify pre-existences and squares in the city of Lajeado, in order to consolidate the MITTE: CENTRO DE CULTURA URBANA, a project that will be developed in the course Completion Work course II. The project includes the requalification of the Outlet and the stock storage building of Loja Costaneira, which, together with the requalification of Praças Piraí, Praça da Lyall and Travessa formed between Visconde do Tamandaré street and Senador Alberto Pasqualini avenue, would form a center for culture with a gastronomic, educational, cultural and leisure area for the population of Lajeado. In the initial part of the research, a theoretical basis related to the requalification of urban areas is discussed, with a focus on the vitality of the streets, the current panorama of Lajeado in relation to the city's parks is also identified. Afterwards, the intervention area and the legal and environmental conditions that interfere in the development of the project are presented. Then the requirements program is described. Finally, architectural references and open spaces are exposed.
