O estudo trata sobre os efeitos de um ensino norteado por metodologias ativas na educação superior no fomento de competências empreendedoras em egressos do curso de Enfermagem, minimizando os efeitos de um cenário marcado pelo desemprego dos egressos. A investigação surge da necessidade de desvendar o potencial do ensino na empregabilidade, principalmente em situações de crise de emprego. Desse modo, a provocação central da pesquisa é: Como um ensino, norteado por metodologias ativas, pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento do empreendedorismo e a inserção do egresso do curso de Enfermagem da UniaAGES no mercado de trabalho? A problemática de empregabilidade entre egressos do curso de Enfermagem é uma situação que assola as cidades interioranas, a exemplo da região semiárida da Bahia, onde o desenvolvimento do setor de saúde é limitado, o que é reflexo da escassez de recursos de um território castigado pela seca. Frente a essa situação, a pesquisa propõe uma interface entre metodologias ativas, empreendedorismo e enfermagem, buscando investigar as relações existentes entre essas proposições. Além disso, o estudo traz concepções teóricas voltadas a tais temáticas, pondera as bases conceituais do método de ensino ativo, apresenta fontes científicas em observância ao ensino com metodologias ativas no curso de Enfermagem, reúne estudos que confrontam as metodologias ativas e o empreendedorismo, e analisa as relações do empreendedorismo na Enfermagem. O caminho metodológico utilizado para atender os anseios desta pesquisa aproxima-se da abordagem qualitativa e pesquisa documental. Trata-se de um estudo de caso aplicado na Instituição UniAGES, pioneira em educação superior na região de Paripiranga/BA, no polígono da seca. Na consecução dos dados, foram realizadas ponderações ao Projeto Político Pedagógico Institucional e outros arquivos. Também 8 foram realizadas entrevistas com a coordenação do curso de Enfermagem da UniAGES, e com egressos de Enfermagem que empreenderam na sua profissão. No tratamento dos dados obtidos, foram elencados os fundamentos de Bardin (2009) acerca da análise de conteúdo, organizando as informações coletadas em categorias discursivas, conforme os desígnios da investigação. Tal método de análise resultou nos tópicos: O germinar e o agir no polígono da seca; O perfil egresso ageano; O agir nas Metodologias Ativas; Egressos de Enfermagem agindo através do empreendedorismo. Por meio do estudo, constatou-se que as metodologias ativas foram impactantes para a ação empreendedora dos egressos, e que o ensino ofertado pela instituição UniAGES reúne diretrizes metodológicas e filosóficas que preconizam o empreendedorismo. O estudo também permitiu refletir acerca da relevância do empreendedorismo como uma possível solução para a escassez de empregos na região.
The main theme of this study is the teaching of active methodologies at the University, contributing to the promotion of entrepreneurship. Into a scenario marked by unemployment of graduates of higher education. The research problem emerges from the need to unlock the potential of education in employability, especially in situations of employment crisis. Thus, the central provocation of the research is: How can teaching, guided by active methodologies, contribute to the development of entrepreneurship and the insertion of the graduate student of the Nursing course at UniaAGES in the job market? The problem of employability of the graduates of the nursing course is a situation that plagues the interior cities, mainly the semi-arid region of Bahia due to the limited development of the health sector, reflecting the scarcity of resources in a territory punished by drought. Faced with this situation, the research brought together the subjects: Active Methodologies, Entrepreneurship and Nursing instead of investigating the relationships between these propositions. Associating these themes as theoretical conceptions, he ponders the conceptual bases of the active teaching method; presents scientific sources in compliance with teaching with active methodologies in the nursing course; I gathered studies that confront active methodologies and entrepreneurship; also the relationships of entrepreneurship in nursing. In addition, the methodological path used to meet the desires of this research, comes close to the qualitative approach and documentary research, with a case study applied at the UniAGES Institution, a pioneer in higher education in the region, located in Paripiranga / BA in the drought polygon. In achieving the data, we considered the Institutional Pedagogical Political Project and other files, interviews applied to the coordination of the nursing course at UniAGES, and to the nursing graduates who undertook in their profession. In the treatment of the data obtained, the fundamentals 10 of Bardin (2009) were adopted, adopting content analysis, organizing the information collected in discursive categories, according to the purposes of the investigation. Thus, it resulted in the results: The germination and the action in the drought polygon; The egressed ageano profile; Acting in Active Methodologies; Nursing graduates acting through entrepreneurship, with information that makes it possible to verify that the active methodologies were impacting for the entrepreneurial action of the graduates, the teaching offered by the UniAGES institution brought together methodological and philosophical guidelines that advocate entrepreneurship at the expense of active methodologies. The study also reflects the construction of entrepreneurship for the scarcity of jobs in the region, through the dynamics of the active teaching method.
