Esta dissertação aborda a temática das práticas pedagógicas no contexto hospitalar, propondo como objetivo “investigar, sob o olhar do enfermeiro, as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas no espaço da brinquedoteca hospitalar, com as crianças em regime de internação”. O trabalho seguiu a abordagem qualitativa, por considerar que esta possibilita ao pesquisador melhor interação com o objeto de estudo. A pesquisa foi realizada na brinquedoteca do Hospital Infantil Público de Palmas/TO - HIPP. O estudo deu-se por meio da pesquisa descritiva e, para o levantamento dos dados, utilizaram-se como instrumentos entrevistas semiestruturadas, as quais foram gravadas e transcritas; a observação participante, o diário de bordo para as
anotações dos registros durante a realização da pesquisa, bem como registros fotográficos. Constituem os sujeitos da pesquisa as crianças hospitalizadas e seus responsáveis, a pedagoga e a equipe da saúde (enfermeiros, psicóloga e a terapeuta ocupacional) da brinquedoteca. Para a análise dos dados, optou-se por uma aproximação com a técnica da análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin (2012) a fim de categorizar as informações obtidas. Constata-se que, quando se propicia à criança internada o atendimento pedagógico que assiste suas necessidades humanas por meio de atividades como as brincadeiras, os brinquedos, os jogos,
livros pedagógicos, os desenhos, as pinturas e a contação de histórias, possibilita-se a ela autoconfiança para enfrentar seus medos decorrentes da hospitalização, efetivando os processos de socialização, aprendizagem, criatividade e descobertas em seu cenário de mundo. Esta investigação, sob o olhar do enfermeiro, evidencia a relevância da execução das práticas pedagógicas na brinquedoteca do HIPP, ajudando as crianças hospitalizadas, em toda sua situação de enfermidade, na estrutura do desenvolvimento intelectual, além das contribuições favoráveis ao processo de recuperação da saúde.
This dissertation approach the theme of pedagogical practices in the hospital context, proposing as an objective "to investigate, under the nurse's eye, the pedagogical practices developed by the pedagogue in the space of the hospital toy library, with the children hospitalized". The work followed the qualitative approach, considering that this allows the researcher better interaction with the object of study. The research was executed in the toy library of the Hospital Infantil Público de Palmas/TO - HIPP. The study was done through the descriptive research, semi-structured interviews were used as instruments, which were recorded and transcribed, the participant observation, the logbook for the annotations of the records during the research in field, as well as photographic records. The research subjects are children hospitalized and their responsibles, the pedagogue and the health team (nurses, psychologist and occupational therapist) of the toy library. For the data analysis, we opted for an approach with the approach analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2012) in order to categorize the information obtained. It is verified that, when the hospitalized child is provided with the pedagogical service which assists their human needs through activities such as plays, the toys, games, pedagogical books, drawings, paintings and storytelling, it is possible for her to be confident in facing her fears arising from hospitalization, effecting the processes of socialization, learning, creativity and discoveries in their world scenario. This research, under the nurse's eye highlights the relevance of the execution of pedagogical practices in the toy library of HIPP, helping hospitalized children, in all their illness situation, in the structure of intellectual development, besides the favorable contributions to the process of recovery of health.
