A formação de professores, para o atendimento em sala de recursos nos últimos anos, tem sido tema de muitas discussões, pois, ainda é um campo que merece atenção, principalmente quando se destaca a inclusão de alunos com deficiência na sala de aula comum. Dessa maneira, essa dissertação aborda o ensino da formação de professores que atuam em sala de recursos na rede municipal de educação de Imperatriz/MA. Com isso, tem-se o seguinte problema: como o ensino desenvolvido nas formações de professores para atuarem em sala de recursos, oferecidas pelo Setor de Inclusão e Atenção à Diversidade (SIADI), contribui para a inclusão de alunos com deficiência na rede municipal de ensino? Dessa forma, buscou-se como objetivo geral analisar como o ensino desenvolvido nas formações de professores para atuarem em sala de recursos, oferecidas pelo SIADI, contribui para a inclusão de alunos com deficiência na rede municipal de educação. A pesquisa foi estruturada de acordo com a abordagem qualitativa, por considerar que possibilita ao pesquisador melhor interação com o objeto de estudo. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram três professoras de sala de recursos. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa de campo, que incluiu observação nas salas de recursos, e uma pesquisa documental entre os anos de 2010 a 2013 no SIADI para verificar quais formações foram realizadas. A coleta de dados se deu através de entrevistas semiestruturadas com as professoras sujeitos da pesquisa, as quais foram gravadas e transcritas. Os dados foram analisados utilizando-se de uma aproximação da técnica de análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin (2011). Com as análises da pesquisa, observou-se que as professoras levantaram problemáticas, caracterizadas neste trabalho como entraves, tais como: falta de acompanhamento por parte da equipe de formação, falta de articulação entre os professores de sala comum e os professores da sala de recursos. No entanto, constatou-se nas entrevistas, que o ensino desenvolvido nessas formações contribui na melhoria das práticas dos professores de sala de recursos mediante a formação ofertada pelo SIADI e que a mesma contribuiu, também, para a inclusão dos alunos com deficiência inseridos na rede de ensino regular.
Teacher training for care resources area in recent years, has been the subject of much discussion, since it is still a field that deserves attention, especially when it highlights the inclusion of students with disabilities in the regular classroom. Thus, this thesis deals with the education of teacher education working in the resource room in the municipal Empress / MA education. Thus, we have the following problem: how teaching developed in teacher training to work in the resource room, offered by the industry Inclusion and Attention to Diversity (SIADI) contributes to the inclusion of students with disabilities in municipal education. Thus, it sought to analyze how the general objective of education developed in teacher training to work in the resource room, offered by SIADI contributes to the inclusion of students with disabilities in public schools of education. The research was structured according to the qualitative approach on the grounds that enables the researcher to better interaction with the object of study. The study subjects were three resource room teachers. The methodology was field research, which included observation in resource rooms, and desk research between the years 2010-2013 in SIADI to see which formations were carried out. Data collection occurred through semi-structured interviews with subject teachers of the research, which were recorded and transcribed. Data were analyzed using approximating the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2011). With the analysis of the survey, it was observed that the teachers raised issues, characterized this work as barriers, such as lack of monitoring by the training staff, lack of coordination between the common room of professors and teachers resource room . However, it was noted in interviews that the teaching developed in these formations contributes to the improvement of the practices of resource room teachers through training offered by SIADI and that it also contributed to the inclusion of students with inserted deficiency in network of regular education.
