| dc.description.abstract | Atualmente os dispositivos de rede possuem inúmeras informações, sendo elas desde as mais básicas como modelo e localização do dispositivo, até informações mais técnicas como versão de firmware, temperatura, quantidade de portas, dentre outras informações. Este trabalho teve por objetivo implantar uma solução de software para aprimorar o gerenciamento, segurança e a documentação na infraestrutura de redes, dado que partes da rede local foram realizadas sem planejamento adequado. Com isso, entende-se que quanto mais informações forem coletadas e registradas de um ativo maior será o grau de monitoramento, gerenciamento e documentação deste. Estas informações são de suma importância para os responsáveis da área de TI, para solucionar os incidentes e problemas com maior facilidade e agilidade. Com a implantação das ferramentas IMC e Netbox foi possível documentar, gerenciar e monitorar a rede de uma maneira mais eficiente e ágil, reduzindo os tempos para a solução dos problemas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently network devices have countless information, being them from the most basic such as model and location of the device, to more technical information as firmware version, temperature, amounts of doors, among other information. This work aimed to implement a software solution to improve management, security and documentation in the network infrastructure, given that parts of the local network were carried out without proper planning. Thus, it is understood that the more information is collected and registered from an active, the higher monitoring degree, management and documentation of this. This information is of utmost importance for those responsible for the IT area, to solve the incidents and problems with greater facility and agility. With the implementation of IMC and Netbox tools it was possible to document, manage and monitor the network in a more efficient and agile way, reducing the time to solve problems. | |
